"While reading the reviews, the experience seemed all too familiar. We walked in the store and although I said hello, we were not greeted. The two ladies that were in the store stayed in the back by the register. As we approached them, I spoke again and I did not receive a response. At that time, we left out the store. When I left the store, I called to report my experience and I barely received an apology and the salesperson was not bothered by it at all. I think it’s a game to them and they purposely mistreat people."

"This was such a pleasant experience. Seemingly the only place I could source the tshirts I was looking for they had a nice array of colours as well. Not planning on getting jeans but having suffered a drink accident, I was helped out immensely, given advice on styles and sizing and left with 2 new pairs and good prices. And a shirt, and another shirt... and a few more things... Probably spent too much but worth it!"
"I can literally just walk in and say I need help finding jeans and I show them the size Im wearing, tell them what I like in my jeans and they will pull different options. I will try them on and always walk out with at least 2 pair in 15 minutes. I have done this for 7 years! Their customer service is that good, also its the company. This is what they do!!"
"Great store, great staff, great products! I made two separate trips to the store today and had a great experience on both occasions. On the first trip I found two great pair of jeans, and a great price! I was able to use my mailer coupon which saved me an additional $25! On the second trip I was assisted with the exchange of my online order. I did not have my receipt for the onloine purchase and the associate took the time to call to find my order details, and handled the entire transaction with a good level of professionalism. I will continue to shop Lucky, and shop thus location as a result of these experiences!"
