"They will just keep losing your appointment. I placed an appointment for a regular maintenance and when I arrived a week later they lost my appointment and told me they could fit me in. Took over 3 hours before I could leave instead just letting me know I should reschedule or actually getting me through in a decent time. The employee helping me apologized for the wait and told me I needed recalls and set a new appointment for me. I have just called to double check on the second appointment and they have no record of that one either. *Edit, I realized I called the employee a manager without knowing for sure."
