"Ok so this place has terrible customer service. I went to them to buy a boot for my rack and pinion they assured me that the universal boot would fit my car. I told them make and model! I paid I believe 18 bucks maybe a little less when I went back to the store the short Caucasian guy with orange like hair was there and very politely I explained to him that I received the wrong part and they assured me it would fit he totally showed no good customer service no type of sympathy or empathy he really act as if it did not matter crazy part is I didn't even go in there to get my hard earned money back because the part was openeda already so I knew I wouldn't get it back .I will never shop here EVER again.I went across the street to advanced auto parts they were awesome friendly and had outstanding customer service.So for now own I will be shopping there .I will bad mouth this place to anyone who even thinks to bother with this place and their rude customer service"
