"Good customer service! I stopped by to make returns of J.Crew and J.Crew Factory items purchased online and had no problems despite what the website says. (Yes, you can return both J. Crew and J. Crew Factory to this Factory Outlet location.) I didn't spend any time shopping in the store but the customer service was on-point."

"I had such a great experience with the Store Manager here at JCrew in Grapevine Mills. His name is “Tim,” and he was so exceptional. I don’t write reviews but this one needs to be seen by upper management. Tim told me to come back when they are having a good sale and i dont know why I listened to him but i did. So I came and ask for his opinion about the shirts and dresses i was buying and it was just a great deal to me. Love his taste and his honest opinion on style. I want to express my appreciation for his phenomenal customer service and also Spencer, another associate who was very shy at first but has a great smile and say honest opinion too. Again, thank you. "Who knew dressing so well could be so AFFORDABLE! Everything in store is AT LEAST 50% off! Know what else everything is? AWESOME! I had never shopped at J. Crew before about two weeks ago guys but now I'm literally obsessed. This is the best location I've been to so far. Their clearance section has mark downs PLUS 60% off lowest price marked. I got slim fitting dress shirts for $4!"

"Excellent customer service! Went in to buy an item that I knew they would not have in store, but Lela helped me track it down at another location which was already closed for the day. I called the other location the next day only to find out they were closed for remodeling. I called the grapevine mills store and spoke to Lela again. She remembered the exact item I was searching for and called a few more locations until she found it and got someone to hold it for me. A lot of work for a sale going to another store - Thanks Lela!"
