"Great service and atmosphere. The entrees were decent, and the handcraft fries were 5 stars. However the chocolate strawberry is like a little scam, it costs $12. Looks so bad, without any decoration, even Walmart’s looks better. And it cost $12 for four! Imagine you get this on Valentine's dinner…"

"As a guy from the Northeast, this was a great taste of Texas. Let me start with desert. Don’t be stupid… get the whisky cake. It was delicious! A big piece that may kill you but you won’t have any regrets! I had the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection and a nice tender piece of meat. Appetizers were good and service was excellent."

"We held a large company dinner here. Didn't take photos of the food, but everything was delicious. Appetizers of duck wings, goat cheese, deviled eggs, and hummus. I had the Steak Frite, which was cooked at a nice medium rare. The drink menu is enormous, and the cocktails I had were great, Margarita and the Smoked Old Fashioned. They have an extensive array of tequila."

"Place was walking distance & my coworkers recommended the place. Atmosphere is really top notch. My food from presentation to taste was very good. The Salad was fresh and loved the Arugula in it. Veggie soup was hot and best part about it the veggies weren't mushy and soft, still had texture. The bad part is the service, felt was lacking and slow. Instead of also bringing my food in stages it came all at once, as if they forgot about it. Would I come back sure, service sometime is hit and miss, so maybe next visit I'll sit at table VS the bar."

"I was so excited to go to the Whiskey Cake for the first time. I had a wonderful time with friends, loved the decor and Dee our server was awesome.........but the food! I confess I expected way more. I was expecting like Seasons 52 standard. The appetizers were ok but alas my salmon was so salty it was inedible. They had to remake it because the white beans sauce was mostly cream and I can't eat cream. For desert we had the Whiskey cake and it made up for the sub par entrees. It was delicious hence the 4 stars for food......."
