"Horrible and rude! I waited in the drive through late at night for over 15 minutes just to be told come inside to pick up order. I asked the heavy set Hispanic woman could she just pass me the order and she was rude and said no. I'm calling corporate and some other reviewers about this store that need to be closed down. Waiting that long just to be mishandled"

"I had a question to ask the manager , i called i got the number from google and this older mexican lady picked up , i asked her if i could speak to the manager , then she said she was the manager which is kind of crazy because i’m a daily customer there and i’ve never seen a mexican lady as a manager and i’ve seen a new employee that just started working that’s older and is mexican and she was probably older just acting like she was a manager and i just saw that same mexican lady at the drive thru where i had a complaint and she knew i was calling but i asked for the managers name she said it was her but she wouldn’t give her name out and i even told her my name when i started the conversation, she then proceeded to ask me why i wanted her name and i told her i wanted it because i had a complaint and i wanted to give a complaint out for that store and i needed the managers name to report it to taco bell HR. Really bad customer service and then she hung up the phone on me while i was talking , i didn’t raise my tone or anything i just asked her if i could talk to the manager and then i asked for the managers name . this happened January 22nd, 2024 3:10 PM i need to speak to taco bell’s regional manager about about this matter urgently or someone higher up and if this employee was acting like a manager and hung up on me and was talking rude to a customer that gives his business to you everyday i need some type of closure because this is not it ,this isn’t how you run a business you gotta be a little more professional !!!don’t matter if it’s taco bell it’s still a business !! treat your customers a little better , if your having a bad day just stay at home and work somewhere else"

"I've been to Taco bell many of times. Yesterday I stopped at this location for the first time around lunch time. They must of had a Michelin star chef in the kitchen because it was the best Taco Bell I've ever had. The cheese was perfect temp, the potatoes were so crispy they had a crunch, the chicken was super moist, perfect amount of sauce with even distribution, etc. I highly recommend this location and thank you to the staff for making my day with their delicious food. Will be back!"

"This Taco Bell has been great the last couple of times. Service is fast , they are nice and polite, and close to freeway. Open late and mobile orders are fast meaning after you do it, 2 min later it’s in system. Some Taco Bell’s are slower with the app ordering."

"The service is typically fast here. They are good with handling modified orders. The staff is nice and friendly. The food is usually hot and fresh around mid afternoon ."
