"Chipotle in general their portion control sucks. It’s a 50/50 change I get a full bowl. And when I pay for a side of queso or guac, the container is half way filled. Silly, and continue to raise the prices. It’s getting ridiculous. Here’s a picture of my queso straight out the bag, halfway filled."

"I put in an order online for 1 pm pick up. I got there at 1:15 to pick up and the order was missing. Then they went to go remake it and that took over 15 min for them to figure it out. Then they made the wrong items and gave me bowls instead of burritos. They didn't offer to remake it and I had to be back at work so I left. A bunch of people were waiting for their pick up and the walk in's got their food faster and the correct items. As soon as I opened the bowl, they got the entire order wrong for ALL 3 items too. My toppings were missing or wrong. I'm 10 months pregnant and have allergies so I can't eat everything. I ended up having to throw it away. I bought something else. I contacted customer service and they were nice but this location sucks."

"Found a gummy candy in my bowl. Why employees are snacking anywhere near food prep areas is beyond me. I tried calling them, not looking to get anything out of this, just wanted to make them aware but automated machine never let me connect to a staff member."

"The chips are consistently burnt. I’ve reached out to support and essentially they don’t care. This is why I don’t go frequently Chipolte and now no more. The dark chips are the gross burnt ones. Update 7/18/23:chips are still gross and burnt, smh."

"For all the money I spent you would think the quality of food would be better. This location in Stafford is one of the WORST in the area. My son's burrito fell completely apart. I ordered the steak quesadilla. It took a while for it to even be cut in half. It didn't have any flavor. Neither did the rice and beans. The store was a mess. Trash was overflowing. Trash and food debris on the floor. Never seen this store in such disarray."
