"My name is Carl not carol! The language barrier is horrible! “Anything else, anything else,anything else” after everything I order, then get asked to park in front because the chicken is not ready, 20 minutes later I guess the chicken was finally ready. What happened here? This is the Chick-fil-A closest to work so I come here 1-2 times per week but the lack of care from the employees is making it really easy to choose somewhere else. If communication is an issue how do the orders come out correct? The others in the office here have commented about the problem at this location so it’s not just me but today was the day for the review!"

"There is no inside seating at this location, outside only. Drive through only with associates outside assisting and directing patrons. We parked and walked to the order counter situated outside."

"I am not one to leave a bad review ever, but this is truly disgusting. I went and picked up dinner at this location on 12/27 at 8:21 pm and while eating my fries I found a dead fly on top of my fires. Truly disgusting and makes me wonder what goes on in the kitchen that there are flies on the food. It wasn’t on the top fries either, it was towards the end. I am truly disgusted and hope this problem doesn’t occur to many others. I also ordered a large combo and they gave me a medium size drink, which wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t even return to ask for a large one But people should get what they pay for. I hope they can pay attention more to the cleanliness and the order accuracy.. they were slow so there is no excuses."

"Absolutely horrible location and employees. They act all welcoming and caring but in reality they are not paying attention to orders. I belive both customer service and food should be good. This location is near to my home and it eveytime single time messes my order while every other random location I go to, is just perfect. This is 3rd time happening to me that they messed up the order. Last time when in drive thru I was not given my 4pc strips order, so I go back to drive thru and the lady at window snatches from me and leaves. I'm furious over there waiting and I get my order after talking to the manager. Next time I place an mobile order and they mess my sandwich. And yesterday they add whipped cream while I didn't even select while ordering online. Ridiculous. Below are the pictures of what they called as a chicken grilled club sandwich. The upper bun crown is missing and sandwich has both lower heel."

"It's been twice now where I order a market salad and it looks old, soggy strawberries and no blue cheese. I had never had a problem before, everything was always fresh and crisp. I don't know what happened but I'm disappointed."
