"Cute clothes, very small. No limit on what can be taken in into the dressing rooms. Only 4 dressing rooms. Don’t go on the weekends, you will have to wait over an hour if tweens are there trying on loads of clothes. No one will care if you are quick and only have a few items. They continue to try on as if it is their own personal dressing room. Staff is nice but you can put nothing on hold. It’s better to go next door or any other shop then there. You will waste your time."

"I went here for the first time today to help my boyfriend's daughter find a dress to attend a wedding. We had a very positive experience. Both people working there were attentive, kind, and helpful. The prices were not outrageous, especially for a boutique. There were a lot of beautiful dresses for her to choose from. We wound up getting two for her to take with her and I got myself a cute lil sweatshirt. Anyway... Yay to this place! I didn't have a bad experience at all."

"I used to love this store but last time I came in I stayed there for 3 hours looking for a dress for a special event in Vegas. The dress I was finally given which was the same model but different color was completely torn, I did not realize this until I had checked out. Assuming they would understand the situation I did not get scared but I came in to return the dress and they did not care what’s so ever that I was given a damaged product. I live in Keywest and don’t have access to in person shopping so now I’m stuck with 80$ of store credit for nothing. This store does not care about their customers"

"I won’t ever shop at Chloe Rose again. I was a customer of Chloe Rose for a couple of years now and was very disappointed with the manager at the Alamo Heights/Broadway location. I shopped in the store and bought a couple of gifts that I hadn’t even taken out of the bag yet. When the manager checked me out initially she did not go over the NEW return policy with me NOR did she let me know that all jewelry was final sale. I have never had a problem returning something in the past with Chloe Rose until today. I tried to make my return with the manager who checked me out yesterday and she was very inconsiderate and did not try to resolve an issue with a returning customer for apparently it being my fault for not reading a small sign in store about the NEW return policy or my receipt. Her customer service was terrible and I honestly can’t see why she is managing the store. I do not feel like it was handled properly or professionally. I will not be returning back."
