"I entered this store today on hopes to get my car battery tested and other things, however it never happened. Why? I wish I knew. I waited a few minutes for help from staff (who were both Hispanic males), which never came even after voicing my need. I even attempted to get assistance from the lady behind the counter; and she just looked at me and continued doing what she was doing as though I wasn’t even there. I don’t know if there was a language barrier or what, but to be blatantly ignored when I was the only person in the store at the time IS NOT OKAY!!"

"Found the part I thought I needed and then before ordering called the store to confirm it was indeed the correct part and in stock. I then walked 2.5 miles in low 40° cold weather to pick up the wrong part. Return it and begin walking back 2.5 miles in now colder weather all because I trusted the word of an employee who didn't infact do her due diligence and double check for me. I only say that because I don't have access to the system they have and had conflicting information on my end. Do a in-depth double check on your end before you buy anything."
