"I order 2 parts and was told it would be available the next day by noon. I drove 30 min, arrived and my order wasn’t ready, but delayed until later in the evening. I left and came back and my order was now incorrect and I was told there was nothing they could do about it besides reorder and I should come back. No compensation for the mistake on their end. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend."

"I called to ask about a part and whoever attended me spoke to me quickly, said they didnt have the part without checking, said goodbye and hung up. They probably are a great place but if thats how their customer service works I wouldn't step a foot in that place."

"If y'all want to get ripped off, DO NOT COME here, cause THEY DON'T RIP YOU OFF. Great prices, amazing service, fast turn around (if the part needs to be ordered). I wrecked my vehicle, body shop wanted to charge my insurance $6000 to fix. I repaired most of it (things that didn't really need replaced right then and there didn't get fixed) for under $1,000. I have never had a bad part, bad service, or bad price from here. Highly recommend them, even for small parts."

"Manager was very rude, extremely poor customer service and this was just me calling to find out if they had a part in stock. I would hate to have to deal with a manager like that in person. Couldn't even verify if the part was in stock before having me come in. For some reason this request seemed irrational to him."
