"The worker made the pick up a little difficult because the pick up person had all the info and he still said I needed to call in although the pick up person name was in the account for pick up well the warehouse don’t accept any phone calls so that was a huge inconvenience because I had to reach out to corporate to get in touch with someone at the warehouse.. don’t think I’ll be ordering from the warehouse again!"

"Got here on time but because of high volume of trucks coming in, many of us were late delivering loads. Tractor trailers were backed clean out Into the street. By the time we got to check in they made us reschedule the loads because they said we were late. Unbelievable. And those two security guards with their sassy mouths and “don’t take no mess off anyone” attitudes will certainly make your day brighter. Good luck coming here"

"Security Gate don’t open until 4AM… Don’t bother driving to the gate, it’s better if you find a parking spot and walk to the gate to get checked in. Write name and phone number, also tractor,trailer, and appointment number on the BOL to summit to security guard. I was 2nd in line to get checked, wish me luck lolz"
