"I was just informed my brake light was out so just went to this store to purchase a brake light. There was 3 associates in the store. 2 was walking around and 1 was assisting a customer. I waited for about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. I purchased the light and asked if someone can assist me with replacing it. He rudely said no. So I left the light and the store. I am going to advance auto who is more polite to their customers."

"09/13/23 customer service was not good at all. The worker around 7pm this day seemed bothered by having to work. When asked to get help in switching out a battery he said he couldn’t leave the store, there were other workers there. He then suggested I instead go to the autozone off gessner for help. Several minutes pass and I had to go back in the store bc the receipt had not hit my email as requested (still haven’t received it). When I came back in it was empty and he was on his phone. He seemed bothered again for requesting a paper receipt. I do then go to autozone off gessner and wow such a difference in customer service and overall care! They ran full tests and switched my battery."
