"I dont like to complain but find it necessary , the new girl or lady on drive thru pharmacy needs more training on customer service,she can learn from Cristan he is the best he is fast efficient and knows what he is doing I will only go get meds when he is there from now on! I ONLY MARKED IT 3 STARS FOR CRISTIAN ALL THE STAFF SHOULD FOLLOW HIS EXAMPLE,the lady didnt apologize instead wanted to make her point I had to call them to remind them I was waiting outside in the heat,I've worked for this Heb ,and I'm sorry but pharmacy needs to change for the better."
"Horrible customer service. How are you going to tell someone their medication is ready in an hour, then when they come back tell them another hour, cancel the prescription, or get it transferred to Walgreens. If you don’t like your job, seek another career. Don’t need to be so rude especially to someone who really needs their medication. I will NEVER use HEB again. I’m glad Walgreens treated me better."
