"Horrible experience. Battery died in our 2018 RX350… took it to this location for a replacement… they fried our navigation and entertainment system which costs thousands of dollars to fix. What do they do to make it right? Absolutely nothing. Do not shop here or let them work on your vehicles. You’ve been warned. *DO NOT be fooled by their response. They are not doing anything to make this right.*"
