"Homemade, generous portions, riquísimo! Also, the customer service from Jorge and Jenna is friendly and fantastic. Very casual, a hidden gem maybe? I can't speak for everything on the menu: it's a long menu. However, the 4 dishes we tried - the breakfast plate, chorizo and egg tacos, bread pudding, and rice pudding were very good. The chorizo had cumin in it and I didn't detect much paprika. I have much more experience with Spanish chorizo than Mexican chorizo, so I prefer lots of paprika and other spices. FYI: the sausage on the breakfast plate was like the kielbasa kind (vs the fresh, cook-from-raw kind). The corn tortillas were slightly sweet and falling-apart-soft. We were given bread pudding and rice pudding on the house, and they were just the right amount of sweet, meaning, there wasn't a ton of sugar dumped in (which I dislike because when things are too sweet, all you taste is the sugar). Extra cinnamon was brought with the puddings. Next time, I'm hoping to try the tres leches cake and flan."
