"These guys have very poor customer service and communication. Called Elite GMC and ordered a part for my 2020 Sierra HD Denali. I went to Elite to pick it up and was told to come here. When I called to order the part they never told me I needed to pickup here. When I arrived to pickup the part I ordered no one knew anything. GM is charging premium prices for parts so as a customer I don’t want to get the run around. I’ll order my parts on Amazon instead of coming here again."
