"I have to say I love coming here since the day I met Brandon. He help choose just the right pants since I’m 4’11 is hard to find flare pants that fit. Yes I did go crazy ordering and returning some since I was trying to find the good fit. But Brandon has been really helpful every step of the way. I feel like I’m shopping with a friend that is helping me choose clothes. I love that he so patience with me through everything. I have been going constantly just because he is there and his great customer service he provides. If he is not in the management there he really needs to. He is has a great attitude every time I go there. I love that he remembers me and he is willing to help every time. "Sales lady was extremely helpful and polite. Very attentive and even got a ride stick to remove a tiny stain from the last shirt in the size we needed. Informed us all buckle jeans are hemmed and professionally tailored by a seamstress for free at select locations. She was so helpful. Love shopping at buckle in up town at cedar hill"

"We love this shop, Brandon is the most helpful! There are so many types of jeans, so you can find your perfect fit, clothes are a little expensive, but the quality makes it worth it! They also have a layaway option which comes in handy should you ever need it!"

She walked me through the process of making a buckle account over the phone so that I was able to have the shoes shipped and was really patient with me. She defiantly deserves a raise!!!! can't thank her enough for all her help and I received the shoes super quick."
