"The clothes are nice - my wife loves them! The bad news is that they could absolutely care less if you're helped or not - you are an inconvenience to them. Also, if you walk out and don't buy anything, they'll bad mouth you loud enough that other guests can hear. It's a shame, the first time I came here with my wife we both felt welcome. Flash forward to today, and they'd just as soon we'd throw money their way and not bother their gossip session. We normally spend quite a bit. I should thank you; due to your attitude I got off pretty light. My wife says she won't be back."

"$$$ Buyer beware! $$$ Avara was a stressful shopping experience from the beginning to the end. Avara clothes run extremely small; not the typical Medium sizing. Shoppers only have 21 days from Avara's SHIPPING date to return items for a refund; otherwise all returns are considered ineligible. Avara does not offer any customer service telephone number. All Avara communication is through email correspondence. Some items on their website do not indicate a color, only marketing; Avara promotes their items to sell, not satisfy. A customer has questions and needs answers in real-time. If you return your order, Avara charges a "Route Fee" PLUS $6.95 for a "happy return" process fee. Nothing happy about that. So, basically you're paying more money (than the amount you spent for the items) to just shop at Avara. A costly lesson learned - I will never shop with Avara again, nor will I recommend Avara to anyone. There's way too much room for improvement here. PSA: Shop somewhere that values you as a customer, including but not limited to an exceptional customer service experience, and has reasonable return policies."

"I purchased this beautiful sweater to wear in Christmas Day. I just got home at 9:00 pm and took it off only to see some pillage. At least I think it is pillage! I want to return it for a refund . I am including pictures ."

"Be very AWARE!!! If a piece of clothing is on sale it is probably FINAL SALE!!! It will be in Very Fine Print so just make sure you check this out! They were very courteous about my mistake of not catching this but just want others to make sure you realize this before ordering sale items!!!"

"I don’t live in Dallas, so only have the opportunity to shop online. Their website is user friendly offering a variety of clothing & such, all beautiful. They list models height, weight and size worn in the photos. This is extremely helpful! My only negative to share is the items I most recently ordered arrived super wrinkled & mis-shapen. The blouse was wrapped in tissue, so it must have already been a wrinkled mess before they shipped. Something they should’ve noticed and thought to remedy before sending a customer. I also bought a neoprene bag. There was no tissue inside the bag to hold its shape. It has deep creases in it that were clearly there before shipping. Maybe this one was pulled from back inventory or something & had already been squished. Super disappointing to open your package and receive both items with such poor care given. (See photos)"
