"The manager didn't want to check the battery because supposely they can't go out side, he got mad because i asked him why, if you don't like your job quit and look for another job. Dont give that attitue to people.I when to another Advance Auto parts and they check my battery."

"I made a purchase in June 2022. I gave my email so I can get my receipt for my item. Ever since that visit, I’ve been receiving emailed receipts from random purchases at this store location. I called and spoke to someone at the store who told me that there’s nothing they can do and to call support. No help at all. I called support and learned that this store kept my email in their system, placed 000’s as my contact info and were using them for orders that didn’t require warranties. Since my visit, I’ve gotten over 10 random emailed receipts. Thank you to Ward from Customer Support to helped me removed the email from their system which the store could’ve done themselves :-)"
