"Customer service not only represents a sense of pride in client satisfaction for business but also has the competitive edge to thrive on new levels over its competitors and show why they are a good option over its competitors. Unfortunately, that competitive edge has not been pushed and honed by its local or corporate management. Yes, the company did have a 19% jump in the stock market and I believe had a 7+% growth in 2022. This overconfidence is compromising the value of their in-store customers. Lack of personnel in the registers, and unorganized planning when dealing with large crowds. This forces many customers to seek other alternatives with better service and customer representation. If this store is serious about improving its customer service then more personnel and proper customer interaction would eliminate many of the hassles many people dread when going to the parts store"
