"Took our truck in for an estimate. Was SHOCKED by how low it was. Got a second estimate (required for insurance) and FINALLY UNDERSTOOD why Finnegan was so low - they'd MISSED approximately 1/2 of what needed repaired!!! The staff was very nice, but boy would I have been hot to learn of this failure AFTER having the repair done!!!"

"Vehicle has been sitting since January Finnegan Service did an outstanding job but the lack of employee retainment at Finnegan Collision cost me months without a vehicle. Charged my insurance for work not performed. Cashed checks like a crooked contractor robbing Peter to pay Paul! Run! Stay away from this place!"

"Overall my experience with this shop was bad. Car was taken in for hail damage and the repairs were poor(missed damage and panels not aligned). Also the shop damaged the paint and interior of the car. Shop did not even reassemble the car completely leaving out pieces in the trunk. During the over 2 months it took to complete the repairs Randy provided little updates and ignored my attempts to contact him."
