"I normally don’t write reviews but I’m getting tired of the people that work in these stores telling lies to the customers just to run their credits they asked me 4 times to apply for a credit card I said I will do it if it’s a soft pull not hard the 2 ladies that was there was like oh yea it definitely will be a soft pull….do not let them convince you that applying for a credit card will be a soft pull when it’s really a hard inquiry I called the number they gave me and the rep I spoke with told me it was a hard pull and not soft and that she don’t know why they’re telling me it was a soft pull when they know it will be a hard inquiry so they just telling you what you want to hear just to get you to apply and try to make everything sound good it’s really my fault for letting them talk me into it but what I don’t like is these workers becoming to use to lien to customers I don’t trust any of them anymore"
"I purchased numerous items with a total of over $700. One of the items I purchased was a small horse in a box for $6. When I got home and opened the box, it was empty. I went back to the store with the empty box and receipt. The manager refused to refund me the $6 and stated there was no way to prove I didn't take the item out of the box. How crazy!!! Do better Dillard's!! Buyer beware!! I guess I should have just returned the box and not said a word that the box was empty."
"I have always loved shopping at Dillard's for decades in multiple states. No location quite operates like this Cedar Hill location. The store manager is very unprofessional and does not represent the standards of this company and the Dillard's family. Some sales representatives are very helpful and the merchandise quality is great. If a person was a first-time shopper of Dillard's, this store management would not facilitate return experiences."
"Excellent mid-to-upmarket shopping experience, replete with excellent interactions with Dillardians. I found precisely the products I was looking for at the right price, in the right location. Pros: Clean environs Well-stocked Friendly service Excellent store layout Cons: Golden Tee did not work. Boo."
