"I came to the mall looking for some new clothes, I had gone to a couple of stores where I was not greeted or even asked if I needed help with anything. Shopping makes me anxious. I went to buckle and was immediately greeted by Justin. I know a lot of people prefer not to be talked to while they shop but I truly needed some help and I didn’t even have to ask here. trace and another young lady helped me ( I want to say her name was Shannon?, sorry if you’re reading this, I can’t remember) They were so friendly and helpful and it really turned my shopping trip around for the better. Too bad I forgot their names☹️, but I went to try on some miss me jeans. I couldn’t believe they were giving me other things to try on, even asked what type of style I liked. Really good men!"

"Great Location! This store definitely has some items that other stores do not seem to have. On this visit I was met by Trace and Justin. Both were extreme helpful not only finding what I was looking for. But also putting a few outfits together I didn’t know I’d like. The one great thing I like about The Buckle is they give a military discount. I really appreciate when companies support our military members. Thanks again… I’ll be coming back soon!"

"I had a specific agenda for shopping here this visit: to find a shirt "out of the norm" and possibly off-kilter. After browsing a minute or so, sales associate Kristen approached me and offered her help. Now keep in mind that I am retirement age and she is a youngster! Somehow all the shirts I liked or picked out to try were just...well...awful. The one shirt she picked out for me was the one I ended up buying! It was so different from my norm that I loved it. The shirt will be a great repellent for certain relatives I have who are not into anything but bland, beige and basic. Kristen encouraged me to return when I have more time to shop as they do have a great selection of denim and I do need new jeans. I am hoping to return soon. Can't wait to see how she'll inspire me! This is a great store to buy clothes that express what you feel or what you want to say."
