"One of the items we had was incorrectly priced which was annoying for sure. But it’s how it was handled that my issue is. Of course there wasn’t even talk of honoring their mistake. Sonia yelled from the other side “ that’s not the right price”. After I began to ask what it was then she kept talking not looking at me and dismissing me. Sonia should really get some advice on how to talk to customers. Rude is an understatement. 0/10, I expect more from a store like this. Makes me never to want to spend my money here."
