"Look, food is good but the customer service leaves much to be desired TBH. I called just to inform them that the sauce spilled into the bag and thats not the regular container that they used. The bag had a hole, the sauce then got on me and in my car and I just wanted to inform them by giving them a call and instead I got a nonchalant "okay sorry" they didn't ask if they could make things better for next time they just quickly wanted to move on from my issue which was obviously not theirs... it sucks to be honest I didn't care about the sauce on me or in my car just. But now I do"
"We gave this place another try. Last time we came here was 2 years ago. When they 1st open the food was great and priced reasonably. We stopped going because they raised the price and the chicken and beef started tasting spongy. Well, the spongy meat still exists and this will be our last time coming here. They also have a can outside the dining seating area visable from the inside for customers to see all the cigarette buds. Not a pleasant sight. At least put that can/ash trey in the back of restaurant. We will continue going to CW (China Wall) 23730 Westheimer Pkwy, Katy, TX 77494. It's worth the drive, because food is very good and meat is actually good meet and doesn't taste processed or spongy. They sear the meat just right."
"Nice environment, a relaxing place to eat or for ordering food to go. Especially like the veggie egg rolls. The hostess was very friendly and the waiter was super nice. Highly recommend!"
