"Really frustrated here. This store often closes 10 or so minutes early. Drove 30 minutes to get here before closing to return a few items. Receipt in bag still. Super easy. No need to go into the store. Arrived at 10:54pm, 6 minutes before closing. But doors were already locked, and when two employees finally came to the door, they refused to take the return saying they were closing early “just this one time tonight.” I explained how far I just drove to make it on time and the simplicity of my ask. And pointed to the clock. But it was clear they could care less and this was a losing battle. It takes literally 30 seconds to process a return. I appreciate all that you do and the hours you put in, but in the time it took to tell me you weren’t going to do your job, this could have easily been handled. Frustrated now at having to make this drive AGAIN at a later point. But mostly just disappointed at the lack of bare minimal kindness here. I’ve been a pretty regular shopper here for years. I mean. You really can’t beat those prices. But I’ll gladly pay more to shop elsewhere now."
"Messiest Ross I have ever been too. Clothes all over the floor, not organized what so ever which makes it difficult to shop. All associates were at registers, so fast check out but overall experience 1/10."
"This is the first time that I have been in one of the stores. I did not know what to expect. They have a pretty good selection but it looks more like a flea market then a high-end store. So realizing that it is not a high-end store and more of a budget second run it’s pretty nice. They have a lot of different items from furniture to tools. Or even baby clothes and toiletries. I guess you just never know what we’re gonna have. Sounds like a good place to find some pretty good deals"
