"I did not shop here but I had an interview here. The General manager she’s beyond rude. Just plain awful. The “Christian” music playing in the background didn’t help her callous disposition one bit. To be belittled and talked to aggressively in an interview is crazy and something I’ve never experienced before. I’ve been working since I was 16. She kept saying “the turnover rate is to high” . Well you think?? I’m sure nobody would want to work under someone like that. And for $10 an hour? Please. I was excited to work in a black community and at one of my favorite retail stores. Bummer."

Trying to refund me the wrong item and I can’t exchange an item for a larger item . They don’t have fitting rooms so once you buy it you’re screwed if the sizing is off"
"I gave it a 3 because of customer service from the older lady that was checking out and it's a bit ghetto. The young girl has great customer service but the older lady seem like an old grump and the way she talks to one of the older ladies that's helping out in the store is in sane to me. She seems a bit rude and not welcoming at all. Prices were great overall."
