"At 5:00 pm on Friday, I ordered a 12” meatball sub deluxe with cheese only, but they didn’t have enough meatballs to make it a deluxe. They barely had enough meatballs left to make a regular meatball sub. Then I ordered a 6” veggie patty sub with veggies, but when I got home, it didn’t have the veggie patty on it, only the veggies. And a lot of the veggies were old and gross looking. My 6” was uneatable."

"Maria (Doubt that she is really the manager)has an unhappy, unfriendly attitude every time you go in. Ordered a sandwich, the manager Maria got mad because she had to start over on my sandwich….She then told me she was not going to make my sandwich and that I could ask the other employee to make it. Yes, I was totally confused as to why I have to ask her employees to make my sandwich when she’s getting paid for that. If she is really a manager, she should be demoted to a regular employee Because that is totally unacceptable."

"Today around noon, the girl who served me is rude. She does not have enough experience. The company should provide more training to the employees. She did not ask what kind of bread I would like. So I looked at her, she looked at me. I expected her to ask me. But she didn’t. To the meat, I looked at her, she looked at me. I expected her to ask what kind of bread I want. But she still did not. To the cheese, I looked at her, and she looked at me. I still expected her to ask if I would like cheese or if I would like to heat it up. But instead she just looked at me and did not ask anything. She did not take the initiative to ask what the customers need."
