"I rarely write reviews but I have to write this . I placed an order for my favorite grilled chicken sandwich at this location and I drove from work to pick it up for lunch. I was hungry and salivating already at the site of my sandwich but as I took a bite I saw a strand of hair inside the sandwich. Disgusted at the site, I pulled the hair and it was a very long strand of hair , I couldn’t believe my eyes and I could not continue eating the sandwich. I was so grossed out and trashed it. Since then, I have not placed an order for anything at subway, I now make sure I pack my lunch from home. The subway Staffs preparing meals needs to know that their head/hair must be covered during food preparation to prevent contamination. I hope this review helps them to make a positive change . As for me I am never going back to subway . Yuck!"
"Our family comes to this Subway location on a regular basis. The employee name Mr.Nicholas has always exemplified the right attitude and conducted himself in a professional way. I want to also recognize Ms.Michelle, the manager for modeling what giving great customer service is all about. Thank you both for making our experience, one that we can appreciate. "Went here tonight and these young guys were working there and was very unprofessional. The first shift ladies are nicer and more professional. This particular person barely wanted to speak and was very dismissive. The evening crew Need better workers and better attitudes as this location. I wouldn't recommend going here until they get better service and or attitudes with some proper coaching."
"Any place that gets my wife's veggie order correct, automatically gets my blessings. I placed a mobile order and walked in as they were preparing it. The young lady kept checking on the receipt to make sure everything was included. My biggest issue with any Subway is not getting what we paid for, like extra cheese. I have no complaints about the staff or their attitude. Sometimes, patience goes a long way. I encourage customers who have a positive experience to review as well. Customer service is a brutal business sometimes."
"The only sandwich which we enjoy from Subway is egg sandwich with Italian Herbs & Cheese, pepper jack cheese toasted, vegetables are Lettuce, Tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, jalapeños. Mayo & Chipotle sauce with salt and pepper. The best toasted sandwich, Dine in and enjoy!!"
