"Don't y'all know that New Year's resolutions are made to be broken? So here I am! I've had Honduran pupusas and tamales and I wanted to try El Salvador's take. Well, I wasn't disappointed. Just a short, quick drive from Sugar Land down 59 and Crabb River Rd. I ordered the Plato Tipico Salvadoreño (pupusa, tamal, platanos con crema, slaw, garlic bread). I chose the pork & cheese pupusa and the sweet corn filling. This kind of simple, tasty food delights me so much. The prices are like what you find in a taqueria i.e., good food at a very affordable price. Now I'll be craving those pupusas. My fate now is to be a repeat customer. This place ain't fancy but it satisfies my craving for this kind of yum yum."

"Title: A Pleasant Surprise for the Taste Buds While the decor and ambiance of this restaurant may be average, the food it offers brings a delightful surprise. With affordable prices and delicious dishes, it is truly a hidden gem. Among the various options, my personal favorite is their beef soup. The beef soup is a delightful combination of flavorful vegetables and tender beef. The broth is clear, sweet, and incredibly tasty. It's a comforting bowl of goodness that warms both the stomach and the soul. Another must-try is their Mexican burrito, available with either chicken or fish. The combination of the juicy meat, tangy lemon, and spicy chili sauce creates a burst of flavors in every bite. To complement the meal, I highly recommend trying their grape-flavored soda, which adds a refreshing touch. In conclusion, this restaurant offers a great dining experience with its affordable prices and delicious food. While the decor might not be exceptional, the flavors of their dishes speak for themselves. Don't miss the opportunity to try their beef soup and the mouthwatering Mexican burrito. This place truly embodies the concept of offering quality at an affordable price."

"Worst pupusas ever, and my girl and I are Latinos so we’ve had good pupusas. But this place, every started bad since the $4 online ordering charge. Why am I paying a delivery fee prices on an online pick up order?? Then we got there, the food wasn’t ready. We waited about 30 minutes for it. For preordered food. They weren’t even busy! The pupusas were dry, the filing did not have much flavor, they were burnt and fell apart easily. The pan con pollo was a fried chicken sandwich….and no where in the website did it say that! Empanadas were salty and greasy. The chicken tamales were small but decent. The corn tamale and crema were pretty decent too. The curtido was ok. But the worse thing besides the pupusas, was this red soup that’s supposed to be salsa. Literally, it is just red water. Don’t believe all these fake full star reviews, I don’t know how they got them. Try this place yourself if you want to waste your money."
