"I waited 20 minutes before being helped by the hostess, all though I was there first. I'm not sure if it was because of a color barrier or not. The ethnic makeup of the servers and hostess does not reflect the community it's servicing. Also, all of the black people are seated in the front of the store beside a half wall as soon as you walk into the store on the right with a black waitress. I also paid for a LARGE pomegranate juice with no ice to go, but I received it in a very SMALL cup. I was told by the hostess and manager, "This is the size cup you receive with no ice, although it was a large." The restaurant is in a great location but it's starting to service and cater to a certain group of people and that's really not what's needed in this area. The owner needs to consider changing its staff to reflect the community, needs, and growth."

"Had a fantastic first-time experience at First Watch! Despite the bustling atmosphere, the wait was surprisingly fast. The iced coffee was a tad sweet for my liking, but the mango drink hit the spot. Our family, being omelette enthusiasts, thoroughly enjoyed the generously sized plates. Kudos to the attentive and friendly waiter, making our visit even more delightful. Overall, a happy and satisfying breakfast experience at First Watch!"

"I love this location of First Watch. I have enjoyed every item I've ordered. However, I must leave pertinent feedback for growing in areas I've noticed of customer service. For any ordering online and/or order pick up. Please add silverware and napkins. I understand customers should ask for condiments. However, required items like a straw, napkins, and utensils to eat with are important and vital to the dining in and take out experience. Having worked in various areas of customer service in my teenage and young adult life taught me that customer service is vital to driving the productivity of a business. Thank you for considering this feedback."

"I stopped by for a late breakfast of biscuits and gravy, eggs, coffee and a drink labelled Morning Meditation. The biscuits and gravy were pretty good, though the eggs were overcooked with the coffee not being great. The Morning Meditation wasn't for me, some folks nah like it but I was not a fan. The staff weren't happy to see us there and I had to chase for a part of my meal and never got all of my utensils. Overall, I don't know that I'd bother if there is a decent place nearby."
