Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The customer service here ALWAYS sucks, atmosphere Sucks atrociously and the employees work like they aren’t getting paid it seriously blows my mind. I’ve had so many bad experiences here and always give them the benefit of the doubt on why they act the way they do. The two girls working tonight (cashier and lady right before the cashier) have literally no respect and while i was speaking to my parents about what to get (literally took 5 seconds and was not any rush behind us) and the lady adding sauces and corn etc repeatedly kept saying “anything else” in the most condescending rude tone and manner possible while the other cashier laughed at how she was treating us literally showing how rude and disrespectful they are. We were seriously just trying to decide on what to choose for our bowl and instead felt uncomfortable asking for food WE WERE PAYING FOR. Seems as customers are victims of employee bullying here fr and will be taking my business elsewhere. Get your act together bro this is ridiculous. It’s been 4 years and I kept trying to make their customer service okay, they just continued to decline and seriously have reached rock bottom. Go to the chipotle on 1464, bit of a drive but way better than this trash service."

"Michelle doesn’t have costumer service skills. We asked if it was normal te size difference (because they didn’t have more chicken when they did the small one) and she was completely rude, unhelpful and arrogant. Definitely not the usual face you see at chipotle. She should work on the back if she can’t help a costumer."

"So I stopped here because I was starving and it had been a while since I’ve been to a Chipotle.. The customer service very poor, no smiles. I got a bowl, a drink and a side of guacamole. Paid over $21.: Food was good but they charged me $5 for guacamole and chips and I barely got any!! I asked the guy at the register if that’s how much chips you’re supposed to get and he gave me literally 3 more by pouring a kids bag inside. Really??! Well I think I remember now why I stopped coming. No thank you!"

"Went to this location and the cashier had the worst attitude. When making my bowl the young man just literally threw the ingredients inside of the bowl. The bowl was literally running over and a mess. When it came time to make my husband burrito it was NOT properly rolled and the foil was ripping. They tried to place order inside the bag and the bad had cheese all over and lettuce due to horrible care of food. When asking for a new bag the cashier kept repeating the total then I requested to speak to the manger. Her statement was and I quote they are all in training. She was polite but the cashier was still had a very disgraceful attitude. It was cooks in the back on their phones instead of assisting customers. This location needs a retraining completely. I will be making it aware to corporate of the matter and for them to look into this location. Todays treatment was completely unacceptable."

"Chipotle location is good and it was less crowded at thing. Good part about this location is it is open to 11PM at night. I visited them multiple times and they were having all the topping and siddes available even when it was closing time. Otherwise many stores runs out 30 min to an hour early for few items."
