"It is a bit of a maze to get to this torchys location. That being said it's also one of the nicer location in the Houston/surrounding areas. Restrooms are clean and so is the general seating area. The staff is always friendly as most torchys locations are. It can become busy during rush hours. But the food still come out hot and ready to eat."
"I am a big fan of Chips and Queso and it’s true that I am only interested just for this. I may have tried some other vegetarian options in past but I am only interested for this item from here. Now it’s just 4 minutes away from us, so it’s very convenient for us any time we will have cravings for these chips with this hot sauce."
"Love Torchy's. First time at this location. Had a chicken fajita taco & a beef fajita taco. Overflowing with meats & fixings. Get the Queso & chips. Great taste."
"We enjoyed a Tex-Mex dining experience with a large variety of tacos--but I was pleasantly surprised with one: the brisket taco. My dish consisted of two generous mouth-watering chunks of slow-cooked brisket on a flour tortilla, with a side of fluffy Mexican rice and a Jarritos mandarin-flavored soda. In relation to the service, it was on point with the young lady at the front going over their menu with finesse, and the runner who brought all of our meals was caring and served us well. Too bad it's fast food and they don't take tips! This Torchy’s stands in a small but new shopping strip mall. The decor is casual and colorful, and the Thursday night we went it was full to the rim with happy people but they weren't loud! I look forward to returning during my next trip to Richmond and trying some other items from their menu."
