"It's pretty decent. They have a good amount of collections there especially for fragrances. I think they make for a great gift they're just a little bit overpriced. Customer service is mid but there is a nice old man who will help you around the store, I forgot his name but you'll know who he is when you get there."
"Love this store. Large variety of everything. Employees are fabulous. Stay away from the perfume section unless you want to be bombarded with every scent they have every two feet by a different sales person. Overkill!!"
"After walking around being followed and annoyed. My sister and I walked near the watches to browse we was greeted by a nice gentleman and due to him being so pleasant we decided to give him our business. He helped us with our purchase however sold us a non working watch. When we returned he told us to take a 10% discount card to the center of the mall kiosk and have them fix it they wanted to charge us $50. We refuse because why spend more money on a brand new watch. After leaving and calling to follow up with the manager we realize we was told lies. Shameful because this was our 1st time in Dillard's I talked my sister into going in there we walk past it all the time. Never again ill spend my money in Macy's so I won't be lied and harass while I'm shopping."
