"okay so idk where to start off at but first of all yall need to fire those 2 girls that are always working there i always go to that store and theres never problems until the last time i went one of the girls i think her name is jenny something like that her and a other short girl i think named Ashley started laughing and talking about how i always come to the store and never buy anything this is no acceptable for them to not even be old enough and they are already disrespectful if yall dont get new employees ill forsure never go back. Also when i was in the register two of the girls kept telling me i couldn’t see the lashes when i asked nicely if i could see them . Yall dont have good service if i could give this 0 stars i would."
"First I would like to say I love this store and have been coming here for years never had an issue until today. Let’s start by the little girl who works there has no communication skills or how to greet customers. I think she’s under the spectrum ( autistic) so I tried not to let it get to me. Now about the manager that’s also Hispanic up charged me for some shoes and also tried to sell them to me without a box. She was rude and left the other girl to deal with me while I was upset over the whole thing. Whoever owns this store please reconsider who you have as manager. Somebody like that is going to run your business to the ground. Not to mention you don’t just leave an employee to deal with an unhappy costumer, that’s why your manager and you deal with these things."
"On New Year’s Day…While the only on shopping in this store.. the Hispanic lady with reddish hair says to a co worker “ew she’s ugly she needs to leave my store” disgusting & incompetent way to carry yourself if she is the owner. I believe she is racist considering I am a black woman! Take your money somewhere else that’s what I did!"
