"We waited in the drive through line for over 20 minutes only to be refused service because they "don't trust the ID." There were only two cars in front of us and it took over 20 minutes just to get to the window. Just tell me you don't want to do your job then."
"I don't typically leave reviews, usually just keep it pushing. BUT. I ordered from postmates. Order showed up, half the stuff I ordered wasn't there. Called restaurant and they said they were out. Even though they still charged me. The food I did get was 100% incorrect. Every single item. Burritos were not even rolled up. Beans tasted ROTTEN. Straight up rotten. I rarely write off a place but I will never be back here."
"The potato taco had maybe two bits of potato and everything was cold when it arrived. Probably won’t ever eat here again for the potato tacos. The chorizo wasn’t even edible, so overall not a good taco place."
"I used to love eating here but over the past 3 years the restaurant chain has been on a rapid decline. Last night we went for dinner and the food was less than appetizing. The enchilada sauce was old, the rice was hard and dry, and the beans were dry. The tomatoes in the salsa were rancid and the trash was overflowing. We will not be back."
"Last night I only ordered 2 chalupas and 2 cookies after 8pm yet the service was fantastic and the food was not only delicious but packaged very well. Seriously they put it together like a work of art. I almost didn't want to eat it. The presentation was incredible. I'm not use to that. Kudos to these wonderful and caring people who took great care with handling my food and treating it like I was at a 5 star restaurant. They had no idea my sugar was low, I was sweating and weak. I couldn't even get out of the parking lot. I had to hurry and eat it there. I was extremely and pleasantly surprised at what I saw. I almost cried. I also had a horrible headache too which they didn't know. When other food places keep your change, when you don't receive all the food you paid for, when it's just thrown in a container, when they use expiring products, when they don't give you what you paid for, no welcome or hello, no smiles, no nothing you get use to that treatment and deal with it. What they did for me yesterday was beyond and I'm very grateful for it. Please let them know that this is how my grandma, who has since passed on, would have served me. Thank you from all my heart!"
