"Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else in the area for fast food. Zero consistency. High turnover it seems. I've been extremely patient and forgiving over the past six months with missing items shotty food preparation but this place is a massive pathetic excuse for a franchise."

"The staff here are very rude. They took a long time to get our order out. They forgot half of our order then gave us hell about it. Even though we showed them the receipt, they were still being very rude and not wanting to accept responsibility for their error. Then once they did, they said they would throw in a free hash brown, they didn’t. They jipped us in the butter and syrup and other condiments. On top of that, there were parts of the food that were cold. I do not recommend this location at all. The staff needs way better attitudes."

"I went through the drive thru and this is what I received when I got home. Who ate the other half of my patty? Literal bite marks on the patty. I was told I could drive the Big Mac back up there to get it replaced? So I have to drive and waste my gas to go up there to replace the food that was not edible. Like seriously. This isn’t a mistake it’s a health concern. This is concerning to me considering if I wouldn’t have pulled the bun off I would have never known. This is completely unacceptable. I definitely will not be going back to this location.Not to mention EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve gone here drive thru or dine in they take a minimum of 20 minutes and the order is always messed up. Cold fries, flat soda, ice cream machine is always out of service. I don’t like to complain but I work hard for my money and this has just gotten ridiculous. The franchise owner needs to do something."

"Manager coughed into hand and then went to handle food (scooping up fries). I just left this location: 713 Pat Booker Rd. @ 2:20pm Friday, Sept. 22, 2023. Went inside to pick up an online order. As I approached the counter 1 of 2 managers coughed into his/her hand (plus sized, not sure of the gender as he/she had a buzz cut hair style) and then proceeded to scoop up and bag some fries. I immediately called it out to the 2nd manager and the mgr that coughed acknowledged me with an "ok" head nod, immediately stopped bagging up fries, and went to the back of the store (hopefully to wash/sanitize hands) and hopefully they discarded those fries he/she was handling. Kudos to him/her if they did both these things. And kudos to the other few workers who I noticed wearing masks. But let's hope the head manager reinforces to the team the practice of coughing into the bend of the elbow, or covering the cough with the neck/collar of the shirt, plus washing hands after and if possible not coughing at all near food areas."
