"The stalls are always closed, and the food is always old. The staff isn't friendly and the management is horrible. They can't even ring in a hot correctly. When I asked why, they said "at store we cant?" I love sonic, but I would avoid this one. I never leave reviews but this one is much needed!!"
"I want to make this post to directly talk to the owner of this establishment as you are absolutely foolish to have barely any workers go in there and help out. I feel bad for the one person who has to work here and work god knows how many hours. Big condolences for him though cause he is dedicated to work but the owner shouldn't have only him working at this establishment."
"I love this location. The manager (Mike) is absolutely amazing and it's always very personable. He always watches for my name in the morning when I'm grabbing my daily drinks when I place a mobile order, and he usually runs it out before I can even check in! The staff is always extremely kind, fast, polite, and usually very accurate. The free times I've ever had an issue with my order, the store went above and beyond to make it right. I even got a call from the manager to discuss the error on my order and what he'd like to do to make it right. This is one of the best locations in the entire area."
"I visit this Sonic once a week to purchase a bag of ice and random food items I have a taste for but faithful a bag of ice. This evening I purchased a number 11 from the menu/ 3 piece tender, tots and a strawberry milkshake and this is what I got! I’m highly disappointed and really thought this was the best location near Live Oak."
