"Dont let the rustic look on the outside of the restaurant fool you. This is the best Mexican restaurant in the Floresville/La Vernia area! I tend to order the Alambres Plate and a Torta. Fresh tortillas, sauces, sweet teas and Mexican drinks made in house. I would buy more and save for left overs at home, as they last a couple of days in the fridge. And even tasted as good the day it was made. If you can microwave your left overs and taste as good, I am definitely coming back!"

"If you are looking for similar to Pollos Asados Los Nortenos this is not it. Green sauce is not as good and chicken was just ok. Rice and beans where not great. Overall it was ok, but I will make the drive to Pollos Asados Los Nortenos next time."

"Best pollo asado I've had here in Texas. The flautas were tasty, too. Definitely want more soon. Update: Still the best pollo asado and flautas are great, they used to have some homemade jalapeños at least that's how they tasted. Today got some canned a little disappointed but still a loyal customer ❤️"
