"Visited for dinner Saturday night and the restaurant had less customers than usual. Been eating at this location for years and it had been several months since our last visit. Tonight's food experience was really bad. The food quality of both hot foods and sushi has gone downhill. For some reason, everything we ordered was just not good at all. The sashimi and sushi rolls did not taste fresh. The sushi was over sauced and mushy. The crispy calamari was not good either. The service was fine but my group was really disappointed in how bad the food was on this visit. After we left, we discovered from another recent review, that the Health Department had apparently shut them down around the end of October. Unfortunately we will not be going back anytime soon."
"I placed an order over the phone with the sweetest person! Ordered soft shell crab and Bunny roll. Walked in and a lady at the bar was eating started to frown. Later she greeted me for my pick-up. I was going to add to the order to order the Kelli and Lamborghini roll. But she stayed so rude and dry. Wouldn’t look at me after saying hello politely! Placed my receipt and card on the counter in place of handing it to me. I can suspect why she acted that way but it’s sad in this day in time someone still act that way. Love their food but will never spend my money here again."
"Food was great...Had the steak and shrimp hibachi combo. Diet soda didnt taste right prob the water mixture. Atmosphere was quiet , went around 2pm."
"My family and I decided to visit this chain for the 1st time. We had exactly 1.5 hours to eat before our movie showing started and with sooo much to choose from we narrowed it down to the 5 sushi roll platter, edamame and some goza. All was served fresh and within 45 min! Making ot to oit show in time and full! Will return with more time."
"I talked my husband into eating at Sushi Hana when we were in the area. Not a hard sell - we haven't had sushi in over a year! SH did not disappoint. Seaweed salad and calamari with sweet chili sauce to start, then the Mason Stick from the specials board, plus the Lamborghini Roll. All of it was delicious, and the service was perfect. Wonderful way to put an end to our pandemic sushi draught."
