"I had a roast beef sandwich with bacon. The ads showed much bigger pieces of bacon. This store must receive the bacon from very small hogs. Mint shakes are excellent"

"Me & My daughter waited for almost 30 mins then the guy gives us this kind of fries burnt & less in quantity. Our food were take out. Then I told the guy to give me three peppers sauce , he said I already gave. I think the guy had a bad day looked like he was tired or mad. Very bad customer service & I had a bad experience. The food was overall bad ."
"Went through the drive thru to try the New Ribeye sandwich. Was excited to try a good sandwich, don’t normally get fast food but I hadn’t eaten since breakfast and was hungry. Man, what a disappointment. Barely any aioli sauce and 2 onion strings - see pics. Started eating because I was hungry. What a waste to spend $11. Guess it was too much work to fry a few more onion strings. I got the last left… They are frying their curly fries better - no longer raw. I will never go back to this Arby’s - the shops at Richmond Lakes. Just disappointed. The sandwich in the commercial is not like the one I received. Good luck everyone who eats here."
