"Our fridge sensors were messing up so the alarm that signifies the fridge door being open for too long was going off nonstop. I called on a Sunday evening, and a tech was out by 10:30 the next morning! Stephen knew exactly what needed to be done, ordered the parts on the spot, and was out the next morning to get the new seal installed for us! I loved getting a picture of our tech ahead of time to ease my mind, and the communication with the office was fantastic. "I found myself with an electric dryer that was heating properly but was suddenly making strange sounds while running. My call to Mr. Appliance was answered promptly and I was scheduled. I received a phone call the day before the appointment.....the appointment had to be rescheduled because of icy roads expected the day of the appointment. I was conveniently rescheduled for the following day. Before arriving at my semi rural location, I received a photo of the repair technician and an expected rescheduled arrival time. Mr. Appliance arrived "on the dot" and quickly diagnosed the cause of the noise ......an unseen small metal zipper fragment had lodged in a crevice along the inside of my dryer drum. The extraction took less than 10 minutes....from time of arrival until completing the job. Mr. Appliance was knowledgeable and familiar with my 10 year old Maytag dryer model. I was fully expecting that my dryer would need to be partially taken apart ....thankfully this was not necessary. I was invoiced, he was paid, and he was gone within 20 minutes of arrival!!!! I definitely would call Mr. Appliance again to diagnose any issue I could have with any large appliance."

"First how professional are these people100%. I get a photo of who’s coming to the house. I get the repair tech will arrive at the time and he actually showed up at that time (Amazing)! Then he comes in and is able to be completely honest with me. When someone says I can fix this but you really need to look at the overall cost before I fix it and this is what you can expect from the results of the repair. Even when it’s not favorable to having the appliance repaired, You have to respect that (I own a Samsung ice box - I know big mistake). Then they offered to come the very next day with the needed parts to repair my appliances. Absolutely crazy fast. I had a dishwasher and an icebox repaired and can not be happier. Both are working wonderfully. Amazing people and an unbeatable price. I will recommend them to everyone who wants to listen. Everything is working again. I’m so very happy!"
