"Every single time I've ordered online and came to pick up my food, without fail they don't have something I ordered. Every time. Then they act like it's your fault. I just came there and they didn't have something I ordered online. It was 3.49 and the item I was trying to trade was 5.19 so I offered to give them 2 dollars to pay the difference. They had the gall to tell me I had to pay 5.19 for the trade even though they are the ones out of what I ordered. I'm never coming to this location again. It's the worst."

"Find another TB! They are rarely in supply of anything other than ground beef. How are you in business and you can’t serve over half the menu in the middle of the day? The customer service is subpar and that’s being generous. And if by chance they do have supply they’ll still give you the wrong order and if you don’t check before you leave staff will say nothing. Do not recommend!"

"Don't need the unprofessional attitude. Ordering from a kiosk should be option, not forced. I like human interaction. So Sonic gets my money while speaking to an attendant there. 2 and a half stars. Can't believe Taco Bell is OK with the poor service."

"Worst Taco Bell on the planet. Please stop in Cypress or drive to Brenham don’t stop here. Two times in the last four days they have a laundry list of items they can’t serve. When I asked what they had they said order, ok, followed by we can’t do that. I told the employee to server the one in front of me and she said just order. Wow. Then I was informed she was a minor. Why in the hell does that matter. Customer service knows no legal age. I probably eat tb twice a week but this place should be shut down tomorrow."

"Better places to get Mexican food in the area. It isn't the best taco bell I have been to. They leave a lot of room for improvement. You think the management would go through these 1 star reviews and try to make some improvements, but they clearly don't care. Other than that. They are right off of the interstate. Walking distance from the Pilot parking lot."
