"RACIST!!!! Racism in 2024 is surprising. Me and my wife stopped to get some food on our way to Austin on 02/22/24 at 10:20 pm and the staff was not responding to us. We waited and called for someone to serve us on the drive thru but they were not responding. We drove to the window and asked what was wrong and they said they were closed. There were two cars behind us in the line which they responded to and served. We drove back to the window to question this treatment and the angry man (he wears glasses and was on the window} started cussing at us. F word and N word. You need to hire professionals and do better as a community"

"Crabby drive thru attendant, slammed window, rude. I have not been for months because last time I threw away all the food. So, here I go again!!! Are they re frying and actually serving food from previous day? Gray lettuce?? Greasey. I don't want my $$ back, I think from now on I want to bring food back and make whoever served it - eat it. Food service 101 NEVER serve something YOU would not eat or serve to your grandmother."

"The only Jack in the box that “won’t allow me to add the garlic butter sauce to a sandwich” when I asked to speak to the manager the woman raised her voice saying they couldn’t do it. I have been to numerous of Jack in the boxes and this is the only one that couldn’t do it. I understand if it’s a up charge but they simply wouldn’t do it."

"Management here is the worse I’ve ever experienced. So bad that I left without the food. A simple order (1 sandwich) not even a meal, just the sandwich turned into pulling forward with a 20 minute wait. If the wait time is that severe maybe let the customer know before taking their money and time."
