"Disgusting behavior by salse associate. Yall get paid to help with checking out and gift wrap, that's it. Not to put to you're two cents and saying comments to client "are you sure"? "The item is expensive." Not once did the client ask how much it was or was it expensive. It's 2024, and we still don't comprehend what don't judge a book by its cover is. Everyone's money is good enough, but I don't know what this Caucasian lady thinks she is. I can tell she just as snooty and judgey. I'm not sure why she is setting her payroll as my shopping limit because it's not in the same category. She is working there behind the counter. I'm shopping there. By the looks, this behavior is on a normal basis here at this store. She is lucky my spouse was kind and blew her off. I, on the other hand like to call out disgusting judgemental ppl like her out quickly."
"Flint is a great personal shopper, be sure to ask for him when you stop in to see if you can get him by chance or call and book an appointment with him ahead of time and give him an idea of what you're looking for :-) he will not disappoint!"
"Nice store, but most of the staff is rude and judgemental. They need to not judge a book by its cover. Just because I dressed casually the day that I shopped at this particular location, doesn't mean that I can't afford a nice dress to attend an event. Disgusting. Based off other recent reviews, it seems I wasn't the only person treated like a "peasant.""
"One never goes wrong with Neiman’s…especially when they’re offering endless glasses of champagne. I think that may be some kinda ploy to contribute to one’s shopping experience. Staff is always incredibly informed and professional even when they have to call Uber to drive you home. Or at least that’s what I hear…"
"The ladies that work in the Saint Laurent Department treated me like a peasant today and I’m so disappointed. They didn’t want to help me at all. I’ve always been treated well at Neiman Marcus here. But today was awful. So I ordered my items online for pick up just to avoid the ladies in this department. Need some serious customer service training."
