"American Home Shield assigned this service to repair my Samsung Washing Machine that was going out of balance. I advised AHS that it was not advancing through the cycles as that was the closest of my choices to my problem. When David's Appliance Service called to schedule our appointment, they did not ask for any additional details for our problem. Our appointment was scheduled for 6 days later. When the technician came for the first appointment, the problem was diagnosed and we were told parts needed to be ordered and the office would call us to schedule our next appointment. This was unacceptable. I'd already been without my washer for 2 weeks, but the first week was vacation and I didn't want to request warranty work thinking I would get an appointment within 48 hours as I usually do with other AHS Vendors. I had to contact the service in order to get my next appointment scheduled. The repair seems to be great, no issues with the on site technician. However, if you are needing this service to work on your appliance, if you know what is wrong, please let them know when scheduling your appointment. Better yet, if it's a recurring issue (like mine was) tell them the parts they need to bring on the service truck so you don't have to wait for them to be ordered, or for the service to schedule your next appointment. I made these suggestions to the person that texted me in response to my voicemail, they did not identify themselves, and their response was to suggest my dispatch go back to AHS for another service to complete the work. That was not very professional in response to constructive criticism. They had no empathy for the fact that my household of 4 had no washing machine for almost 3 weeks once the repair was completed. I will not be using this repair service again unless this is my only option via AHS."

"I highly recommend David’s appliances! Our washer broke and we did not like the old company we used. I asked my friend for recommendations and she had great things to say about David’s. The receptionist was very friendly, the repair man was on time, professional, and as friendly as the receptionist. My washer has been working great for weeks. My appliances break all the time so I’m relieved to know David’s is a quick call away!"

"I contacted David's appliances for a replacement knob for my dryer. The total estimate for the parts, labor and tax was $239.00. However, I declined because I found the same part I needed from Amazon for $14.99 and replaced the knob by simply switching out the old for the new (no tools needed). The "labor" was effortless and I'm still shaking my head at the fact how some businesses are comfortable with scamming customers!!!"

"I was contacted quickly after requesting service through my home warranty. David came out within a day or so and quickly repaired my refrigerator. Came back a week later with the part for my oven and fixed it as well. He even told me what to do if the situation happened again that could say me money. He was timely, professional and friendly during both trips to my house. I will definitely use him again. Thanks again David!"
