"Went through the drive thru. After I pulled away I noticed I did not receive the sliced onions I asked for. I parked and was getting out when I noticed after two drinks my large strawberry lemonade was empty. All I had was a glass completely full of ice. I realize I did not specify light ice but to only get two drinks from a large drink I believe is wrong. They gave me some sliced onions... Enough for 2 of the 4 sandwiches I bought. As for the drink they said they are required to fill the cup with ice. I may try a different Arby's to see if it is different but I will not come back here."
"Great friendly service with a short wait. I have tried three different sandwiches and all were great. The two for $7 is a fantastic lunch option. We often get the Reuben which brings my NY memories out."
"The food was delicious. The service at the drive-thru was very slow and they didn't give me my water. I didn't realize it at the time because when they finally gave me my food, there was 2 male employees talking to each other while the window was open and I just took my sack and drove on. I stopped in the parking lot and a lady rushed out and brought my water. It was very kind and efficient of her."
"The place is nice and clean. Every time I dine inside it's always empty. If you enjoy a quiet place then it would be your go to spot. Their food always comes out fresh, pretty much the best thing."
"Went through the drive thru.. was asked my order ... I gave them my order 2 times and then was asked if I needed help with the menu... turn up your hearing aids and listen to your customers... no wonder there's nobody at your restaurant and there all over Next-door at wataburger. Waste of my time"
