"Will never shop here again. I bought a Christmas gift for my wife, she wasn't crazy about it and asked me to return it for a refund since the store is across the street from my office. Turns out they have a 30 return policy which I was 4 days late for so they offer a gift card. Their stuff is overpriced to begin with, so now a guy with 5 sisters, 3 sisters-in-law, mother and mother-in-law will never set foot in one of your stores again. Good job keeping your customers happy."

They didn't give my wife and daughter the leisure freedom to look at the merchandise. Was that because my wife and daughter are hispanic...hmm, not sure. "Fantastic customer service. A couple months back there was a purse I was eyeballing that wasn’t in stores yet. The sales lady took down my information and when the purse came into stores, I was contacted by a very friendly and personable sales associated. She sent a secured link so I was able to pay for my purse digitally, and the purse was to be mailed to my house. It was on my porch the very next day! Inside was a cute little note thanking me for my business. I’ve always been impressed with Kate Spade quality, especially for it being reasonably priced, but this extra level of customer service really impressed me and secured me as a life long customer"
