"The place was basically empty and the employees did not bring us our food after asking us to get a number, so the food was waiting on the counter for a while, and by the time we got up to check on the status, the order was already cold. There were some guys doing dr*gs, jumping inside and outside the restaurant, and joking with some of the employees working in the kitchen. The atmosphere felt very unsafe and unstable, all things considered. The men's restroom was also dirty and unattended."
"Thought I would give this place a try again. It has gone down hill in a bad way. Place was disgusting, the automated system made me pay at the counter… and the service was was so slow. All we got was a happy meal and waited forever!!!"
"Terrible service, kid wanted fries stop on drive trough and they told me they making some. If I can move to 1st window. They served 5 cars after me, 18 minutes later still no fries. Had to park and walk inside, and she was walking around and waited for her to finish another batch. So much for fast service. Avoid this place!!! After reading reviews, this place should be closed or management fired..."
"The atmosphere like all modern McDonald's is cold and sterile. This is not a place that "feels" like it should be dined in, but a piece of cog of the conveyor belt. Food is average, fresh, and warm (which is oddly hard to find in the McDonalds locations.in this area)."
"Had to wait over 20 minutes after going through the drive-thru. When I received my food the fries were saturated with oil and very soggy. The sandwiches were cool and a few of them were made incorrectly. When I called to speak with someone they hung up on me."
